Mav Wear Shipping Policy

At Mav Wear, we are committed to delivering your athletic clothing and accessories as efficiently as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and transferred to USPS within 5–7 business days of purchase. During large sales events and new product launches, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

Important: Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout, including the address associated with PayPal or Apple Pay. An incorrect address may significantly delay your order.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We use USPS as our primary carrier. All orders include Shipping Protection. If this protection is manually removed by the customer, Mav Wear cannot ensure the safety of your package, and you assume 100% responsibility if the package is lost or stolen in transit.

Tracking

Mav Wear provides tracking on all orders through USPS.com. You will receive a tracking notification once your order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Incorrectly Delivered Packages

If Shipping Protection is active, Mav Wear will replace or refund the order (after investigation) in cases of loss, theft, or incorrect delivery due to carrier negligence.
Please allow a 10-day grace period for investigation with USPS.
Lost or incorrectly delivered packages must be reported within 5 days of the expected delivery date (up to 7 days in some situations). Shipping Protection for these issues is only valid up to 7 days post-delivery.

Mav Wear is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to the mail system, incorrect addresses, or change-of-address issues. In such cases, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

Combining Orders & Shipping Charges

We are unable to accommodate requests to manually combine orders or refund shipping charges. Combining orders results in heavier packages that require additional postage.

Returned to Sender Packages

If a package is returned to Mav Wear (e.g., due to incorrect address or refusal), customers may purchase a new shipping label to have the order resent.
